I don’t normally post about this kind of thing, but I always get depressed after Christmas. It might be Seasonal Affective Disorder or it might just be the post-Holiday blues. Either way, for the past 2 years I have been using this worksheet that I made called “Hacking Your Mood” in order to raise my spirits and get me through January. It has made a huge difference for me, and I thought I would share it just in case it can help someone else out there.
This worksheet includes four lists that you can fill out and refer to whenever you’re feeling low. By reading through the items on each list and picturing them in your mind, you can give yourself a boost of positivity. I’ve found that different lists work better for me on different days. I hope it helps you or someone you know!
