Our approach to Documentary Video Production:

  • Our top consideration is telling your story in an emotional and memorable way, and we keep this goal in mind throughout every step of the production process.
  • Interviews are a key part of the documentary process, and we know how to make interview candidates relaxed and expressive.
  • The footage itself is filmed in 4K high definition, with a modern and engaging filming style that compliments your story.
  • We weave together interview footage, b-roll footage, still photos, animation, and background music to create a beautiful documentary that meets or exceeds your project goals.

We are based in Minneapolis, and have performed numerous shoots in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota. We have also worked on video projects in 6 US States and are willing to travel depending on the project.

Documentary Examples

Paralysis to Prosperity

We had the honor of working with Drew Carpenter on a documentary called Paralysis to Prosperity about his recovery from Guillian-Barre Syndrome (GBS). It is a progressive peripheral nerve disorder that causes total body paralysis.

The Story of the Ard Godfrey Family

Have you heard of the Ard Godfrey House? This piece of Minnesota history is the oldest wood frame house in Minneapolis, and tours are available throughout the summer months. We worked with the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis to create a 4-part documentary about this historic house and the restoration of the house by a dedicated and passionate group of women in the 1970s. You can see all 4 parts of this documentary in our portfolio.
